Cancellation Policy: All deposits are non-refundable, cancelling (60) days prior to departure, your deposit will be forfeited or applied to an open date within one year of original booking date (an additional 20% deposit is required) (subjected to future rates if applied). Cancelling (45) days prior to departure, your deposit will be forfeited or applied to an open date within the seasonal year (an additional 20% deposit is required). Cancelling (30) days prior to departure, the deposit will be forfeited. If cancelling a pre paid trip all monies will be returned less your deposits. If the Captain has to cancel your trip due to weather conditions or mechanical problems, we will refund 100% of your monies.
